Texas rancher JY Crum took this photo in 1950 out in the Tin Top area west of Fort Worth at his ranch, the Woodhouse Place. JY Crum hailed from the rodeo center of the universe, Pecos, Texas and was one of the founders of the Parker County Sheriff's Posse. He was also one of the early directors of the National Cutting Horse Association, a notable rancher, TCU star football player and from pictures I've seen, one helluva a looker.
Photograph printed on 100% cotton rag paper using archival, museum quality inks.
