South Congress Austin - one of the most famous streets in the Lone Star State. It has seen a lot of change recently, but the ghosts of the spirits that gave it life remain. The Congress Avenue photomontage print provides an alternate view of downtown Austin as seen from the heart of the South Side. You can see the Texas State Capitol, Home Slice Pizza, The Frans Statue, Magnolia Cafe and Hey Cupcake; along with Amys ice cream, Jo's Coffee, the South Congress Bat and The South Congress Bridge. The SoCo Austin print is a composite of over 600 different images taken in 2010, on the weekend of the first (was it also the last?) Gypsy Picnic when you could still pull in to a parking spot. There are plenty of things to do in Austin and strolling South Congress is one of them. I only wish Threadgills
